Changes in the structure of the PROPOINT Group
11.01.2022

After many months of preparation and work on changes to the legal and organisational form in the ProPoint Group, we officially introduce the composition of the new Management Board of ProPoint S.A. and ProPoint Services Sp. z o.o.! Michał Basiński became the President of the Management Board of ProPoint S.A. - previously the head of robotics division, one of the company's largest departments, and at the same time, since 2011, one of the strongest pillars of the Company. The new ProPoint S.A. Board of Directors also included: Mateusz Wicherek, Jan Karaś and Łukasz Czmok - all with extensive managerial backgrounds and almost 10 years of experience in ProPoint structures.

Tomasz Przywara, formerly head of the enclosure manufacturing division, has been appointed CEO of ProPoint Services Sp. z o.o. The new Management Board is the result of a consistently implemented strategy for the development of our company. As the ProPoint Group, for the next few years we have set ourselves ambitious goals related to the development of new segments aimed at increasing the complexity of automation and robotics investments, intensifying our presence on the Polish market, and further strengthening our position on international markets. The existing Management Board, consisting of: Dariusz Żaguń, Marcin Kowol and Zbigniew Sokół, took up positions on the Supervisory Board of Propoint S.A. The founders and main shareholders, in less than 14 years of activity, have created a company with 100% Polish capital, employing over 500 people and being one of the leaders of the automation and robotics market in Poland. As an absolute pillar of our company, he will still remain active and lend his knowledge and experience to the new Management Board. Therefore, we are convinced that this joining of forces in the new structure will be a key moment for the development of the ProPoint Group.
